Workaround gives Chinese users Twitter access

A Chinese user has discovered a workaround to access Twitter from within China where it has been blocked since 2009 by the government. Twitter has been blocked since June 2009 and the users in China are using their local versions called Sina and Tencent with a combined 300 million registered users.
